Schedule of your online appointment

After booking an appointment for the video consultation, you will receive a protected link via email, i.e. a secure connection. On the day of your online appointment, about 10 minutes before the start of the appointment, click on this link. When you contact us, you will be asked for your name. A few minutes before your appointment, we will receive a message that you are in our online waiting room. So you can be called on time. If there should be a time shift, you will be informed by email. You also have the option of switching off the video transmission and only using the telephone function during your online appointment. Your appointment time slot will be kept free for you for one hour. When the consultation hour is over, please log out of the website.
