Schedule of your online appointment

After booking an appointment for your video consultation, you will receive a secure, protected link via email. On the day of your online appointment, please click this link approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

When connecting, you will be asked to provide your name. We will be notified that you are in our online waiting room a few minutes before your appointment starts, allowing us to call you on time. Should there be any delay, you will be informed accordingly.

Additionally, you have the option to turn off the video transmission and use only the audio/telephone function during your online appointment. Your appointment window will be reserved for you for one hour. Once the consultation is finished, please log out of the website.
