We have set out to provide you with a pleasant atmosphere, the best service and optimal medical care in the Neuro Praxis Düsseldorf. Beyond the spectrum of common neurological diseases, we conduct our consultation hours and diagnose vegetative disorders and diseases of the autonomic nervous system (ANS Clinic). In this way we offer you the opportunity, for example, to find treatable causes for dizziness, circulatory disorders and fainting, but also for falls of unknown causes, and to support you with targeted therapy recommendations.
Since December 2021 you can find us in our newly designed practice rooms on the third floor of the Pradus Medical Center - right next to the elevators. Warm welcome!

Für eine ambulante neurologische Praxis halten wir ein außergewöhnlich breites Spektrum moderner diagnostischer und therapeutischer Verfahren vor. Viele Untersuchungen, die sonst nur in spezialisierten Zentren oder Universitätskliniken verfügbar sind, können wir direkt in unserer Praxis durchführen. Dies ermöglicht eine umfassende Diagnostik aus einer Hand und häufig eine deutlich schnellere Diagnosestellung.
Mit unserem (Schwerpunkt) auf Erkrankungen des Autonomen Nervensystems gehören wir zu den wenigen spezialisierten ambulanten Einrichtungen in Europa. Deshalb vertrauen uns Patientinnen und Patienten nicht nur aus dem gesamten Bundesgebiet, sondern auch aus vielen europäischen und außereuropäischen Ländern.

A strong team with different focal points
dear patients,
I am pleased to strengthen the team at Neuro Praxis Düsseldorf.
I completed my medical studies at RWTH Aachen University. This was followed by my training as a specialist in neurology, including at the Maria Hilf Clinics in Mönchengladbach, at the Johanna Etienne Hospital in Neuss and at the St. Martinus Hospital and most recently at the LVR Clinic in Düsseldorf.
My work focuses on, for example:
- Mood disorders
- Epilepsy
- Geriatric questions of all kinds, e.g. in connection with dementia, Parkinson's or polyneuropathies
- Headache
- Parkinson's disease
- Polyneuropathies
- Stroke
- and recently also Post and Long Covid, also in connection with depression or chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS)
What is important to me about working with you? A thorough and attentive anamnesis, an analytical diagnosis and, last but not least, empathy and commitment. For me, people always come first!
I continuously educate myself to stay up to date on current scientifically based examination methods and treatment procedures and to be able to adapt them optimally to your needs.

Physician Assistant (B.Sc.) Michelle Lüttmann
Michelle Lüttmann, a Physician Assistant (B.Sc.), is a vital member of our neurology practice team. Her career began with an apprenticeship as a Medical Assistant, which she completed with an award from the Westphalia-Lippe Medical Association for her outstanding final examination. A scholarship then enabled her to successfully pursue a degree in Physician Assistance.
In neurology, Michelle Lüttmann undertakes a wide range of tasks that ensure high-quality care for our patients. She conducts patient histories sensitively and systematically, performs neurological examinations, and professionally prepares diagnostic procedures. She also accompanies patients during their visits, assists with the professional assessment of their health status, and ensures a smooth and well-organized practice workflow through precise scheduling.
She is particularly valued for her high level of empathy, her friendly manner, and her excellent communication skills in both German and English. With her dedication, expertise, and warm personality, she makes a significant contribution to modern, trustworthy, and patient-centered care.
Specialized Clinic for Dysautonomia, POTS, and Autonomic Nervous System Disorders
The Autonomic Nervous System (ANS), also known as the vegetative nervous system, regulates numerous vital bodily functions that occur automatically and without conscious control, including heart rate and blood pressure regulation, breathing, and digestion.
When the autonomic nervous system becomes dysfunctional, a wide range of symptoms may develop. These conditions often remain unrecognized for years or are mistakenly attributed to other medical disorders.
Neuro Praxis Düsseldorf has developed particular expertise in the diagnosis of autonomic nervous system disorders and neurovegetative dysfunction.
Our diagnostic focus includes, among others Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Dysautonomia, Small Fiber Neuropathy, Long COVID with autonomic involvement
Based on the findings obtained during our comprehensive evaluation, we develop an individualized and interdisciplinary treatment strategy.
