To ensure that the growing number of patient inquiries can be handled reliably and without long waiting times, incoming telephone calls are initially answered by our AI telephone assistant, Mika, rather than directly by our practice team.
Please speak with Mika just as you would with a member of our staff. Acting as our virtual receptionist, Mika records your request, summarizes the relevant information, and immediately forwards it to our team for further processing.
Mika has been extensively trained on the procedures and services offered at Neuro Praxis Düsseldorf and can often provide helpful initial guidance. For example, Mika can explain:

Our practice specializes in neurological diagnostics and treatment but is not equipped for the acute management of medical emergencies.
If you are unable to reach us immediately or if you experience acute or life-threatening symptoms (such as sudden paralysis, severe speech disturbances, loss of consciousness, or extreme pain), please act without delay:
• Emergency Services / Ambulance: Call 112 immediately.
• Medical On-Call Service: For urgent but non-life-threatening medical problems, contact the German medical on-call service at 116 117.
• Emergency Department: Attend the nearest hospital emergency department (ideally one with a neurological department or stroke unit).
How to reach us in the Pradus Medical Center
Pradus Medical Center
The “Pradus Medical Center” opened in 2014 in Düsseldorf and extends over 140,000 square feet over five floors. Doctors and patients benefit from an incomparable synergy due to the proximity of the practices and the communication between the specialists. Thanks to the central location, optimal accessibility by bus and train and our own underground car park, our patients enjoy optimal comfort and ideal transport connections.
Parking
The in-house underground car park for 200 parking spaces is available for you to park, entrance from Elisabethstrasse; Height of house number 43.
Bus and train
The Neuro Praxis Düsseldorf is located in the southern inner city next to the Ständehaus / K21 in the immediate vicinity of Friedrichstadt and Carlstadt. This provides an excellent connection with local public transport.
