You may already know that describing your neurological symptoms is very complex and requires time and patience. Therefore, we are committed to taking ample time and ensuring a calm atmosphere for your initial consultation and would like to schedule your initial medical history with Ms. Michelle Lüttmann (Physician Assistant, B.Sc.) as a first step. During this appointment, which will last up to one hour, we will discuss your concerns in detail and explain the likely scope of further diagnostic steps to you individually and transparently before any examinations begin.
To ensure we can prepare optimally—if necessary, in consultation with our neurologists—it is also important that you provide us with all available previous findings (e.g., doctor's letters, lab reports, or imaging studies) as files.
Important note regarding imaging:
You do not need to send us CDs with MRI or CT scans in advance. Please simply bring them with you to the practice on the day of your personal diagnostic examination.
Particularly helpful preliminary findings:
- Information about pre-existing conditions, medications, and allergies
- Medical reports
- Medication list
- Schellong test/standing tests
- Laboratory tests
- Cardiology findings (echocardiography, Holter ECG, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring)
- Urology findings
- Gastroenterology findings
- Computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)

Following the consultation, a physical and neurological examination will be conducted to assess the functions of the central and peripheral nervous systems.
